We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s accommodation, Lisa is attentive and a fantastic host. The townhouse is clean, and provides a warmth just like home, it is also within walking distance of Jetty Road, close to restaurants and shops. We had a lovely 5 day stay at Lisa’s place in Glenelg. Is so close to Jetty Road, the restaurants, tram stop, playground and beach. As a consequence it is pretty noisy overnight with traffic right outside - double glazed windows are not a thing in Australia. Not a deal breaker at all, but worth knowing. The town house had everything we needed when we visited Adelaide for WOMADelaide. Walking distance to the beach so we were able to swim every morning before the festival. Off street parking is a bonus but if you don’t have a car the tram to the city is just a block away. Walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Great to have indoor and outdoor sitting areas. Sehr schönes, kleines Reiheneckhaus. Die Schlafzimmer und das Bad sind im oberen Stockwerk. Zusätzliche Toilette im Erdgeschoss. Die Einrichtung entspricht den Fotos. Lediglich die Patio könnte etwas Auffrischung vertragen. Super ist die Lage. In 4 Minuten bist du an der Tram Haltestelle in die City. Tap and Go mit einer Master oder Visacard macht das Tramfahren sehr komfortabel. In 25 Minuten bist du in der City. Zum Strand oder in das lebendige Zentrum von Glenelg sind ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten. Besser geht es nicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sprechen eine klare Empfehlung aus!Das einzige, was ich nicht gut fand, war das Unterschreiben eines 12 seitigen Rental Agreements in Juristen englisch während des Buchungsvorgangs. This townhouse had everything from a smart TV to coffee pods really nice linen and wonderful outdoor areas. It was really close to the beach and to the shopping precinct. We loved our stay at Luxe Glenelg, it had everything we needed, comfy beds, great storage, well appointed kitchen, bathrooms, plenty of essential kitchen supplies, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, washing powder, perfect for the international traveller. Great outside space, air con for the warm days we were lucky to have during our stay. Lisa & Paul were on hand to look after us. A great location near jetty road and the beach. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. If you prefer a dark bedroom environment at night, I suggest bringing and eye mask as the street lights come through the Venetian blinds. Great location in Glenelg, only a few minutes walk to the main strip. The place was nice and clean and had all amenities required. Being so close to a main strip meant that you do get the noise of traffic and people walking past. Was there for business and found it easy to unwind once back at my accommodation at the end of the day. The proximity to transport and quality food outlets, combined with an easy 2 min walk to the beach, made it the perfect place to stay.Lisa made sure that everything was in place from the time I enquired about the property through to checking out. Overall we had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. Beautiful place, extremely clean, great location with everything you would need (Netflix, coffee pod machine, lovely outdoor area). Only minor things to point out were that as it’s located on a main road it was quite loud with constant cars and people coming from places near by. And we also felt a little uncomfortable with the questions we were asked prior to accepting our booking such as to watch the level of noise 4 adults would make, what our plans were for the weekend etc. which I thought was a little bit inappropriate. Utterly fantastic! If you want top notch then this is the place. Absolutely spotless. Very well equipped. Beautiful furnishings. So close to the midst of Glenelg-1min walk to the beach. Comfortable beds. Really could not have asked for anything more superb, very,very happy with our stay, with host communications and price - we’ll be rebooking again shortly for future trips. Had a lovely stay at Lisa’s. The townhouse was just like the photos. The location is excellent! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Lisa's place was what I've waited years as an Airbnb customer, to walk into. Don't be fooled by the facade because behind that 70s/80s brickwork is a hidden gem. The home was immaculate. It looked new throughout. Nothing was out of place. Furnishings were modern tasteful and looked after. if there was an issue to be had, I'd say the mattress in the master suite could be upgraded and some blinds on the windows into the courtyard would be appreciated. Without them at night my wife felt a little exposed. The only dampener on our wonderful stay was when we requested a late check out by an hour to coincide with our flight time. lt would have saved us an hour waiting elsewhere. Lisa told us she couldn't help us because the place was booked and needed a 4 hour clean.
