Thanks Paul for sharing this nice home with us and it’s very well maintained. Everything looks exactly the same as the photos. Paul is very proactive and helpful all the time.We really enjoyed our stay and it’s definitely a plus for our another Adelaide trip. The only thing I’d address is it’s not the best place if you’ve really sensitive to noise, but that’s a trade off for walking distance to the beautiful beach and everything. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The home was clean, beautifully styled, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was fantastic, extremely friendly and proactive with communication. They provided clear check-in instructions well ahead of our arrival and checked in during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. The location in Glenelg is absolutely fantastic. It is a lovely, vibrant coastal area with a great selection of cafes, restaurants and shops, all just a short walk away from the beautiful beach. The house was just like in the photos. Modern, clean, tidy, and with everything you might need. The beds and pillows were comfortable and everything was in perfect condition. Paul was very friendly and helpful in his messages and always quick to respond. I loved the location of the house as well, as it was very close to amazing cafes, restaurants and all sorts of shops. Lovely place right near the beach and all the cafes and restaurants. Everything was clean and the house felt cozy. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. Free on-site parking was a huge plus. However, we decided to leave the car in the carport and used the tram (tram stop just around the corner, leaves every 10 minutes, direct and fast connections to CBD). Another huge advantage of this place and it's location. If you’re a light sleeper like me, bring earplugs and a sleep mask. The location can make the house a tad noisy on Friday and Saturday night (but nothing too bad) On that note, my husband is not a light sleeper and he had great sleeps. This spacious, well-equipped property, near the beach and public transport, was perfect for our 3-night stay. Beds and lounge furniture were very comfortable, the large outside area was private and the louvre roof worked well. The area is very safe and we did a lot of walking. There are many beautiful heritage houses nearby and the local museum had some interesting displays. Supermarkets were close, as well as many good local cafes and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The location is fantastic - close to everything we needed and made getting around so easy. Having a carport was a big bonus, and the kitchen was very well equipped, which made meals at home simple and enjoyable.The space worked really well for us traveling with a toddler. The great outdoor area gave us extra room to relax and for our little one to play safely, which we really appreciated.Overall, a lovely, comfortable stay in an amazing spot. We have just left a wonderful few days at this accommodation in Glenelg. The house is so lovely, lots of space and a two minute walk to the shops / restaurants and beach. Bed was super comfortable. A lovely outside area which was a bonus. Had to contact the host a couple of times with some questions with check in/check out and he was very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay, would absolutely stay here again!Just back from Jetty Rd, so easy walking access to all that Glenelg has to offer, but far enough to avoid the noise of the nightlife. A very short, direct walk straight to the beach. Smart lock on the door is a win - no losing keys at the beach or coordinating timing/access between guests, just press and go.The townhouse is exactly as pictured. Beds are comfy, a/c and fans to all living/bedroom spaces, everything was spotless clean on arrival, and the shower was hot with good pressure. Brilliant!The 'guidebook' for the property provided information on anything and everything you could possibly want to know about the property during your stay, with clear instructions. Paul's place near Jetty Rd was a delight to stay in. We had an appointment literally across the road so it was super convenient! We love Glenelg and were so happy to have found this accommodation. The outdoor space was a big plus and we loved the Vergloa roof, great for sun and shade.We noted the high end finish of the apartment, appliances, furnishings and how clean it was. This townhouse was in a great location close to Jetty road & the beach. Due to some works being done on Jetty road there was a little more foot traffic around the area as the bus would stop outside the property due to the trams not working but this isn't a permanent thing. Loved the property. It was very comfortable and everything spotless and new. Paul as an extremely responsive host and made sure everything was well. Location was fantastic, easy stroll to the beach, supermarket and eateries. Unfortunately we ran out of time and didn't get the chance to take the tram which was just near by. Absolutely amazing stay! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach, with the sound of waves as your daily soundtrack. Waking up to the ocean view every morning was pure bliss. The area is filled with great cafes and restaurants, yet the neighborhood remains peaceful and relaxing. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. Our stay in Glenelg was excellent. The location of Paul’s house was perfect with the added benefit of off street parking. It was within easy walking distance of the beach and many shops and restaurants and also to the tram so we could go to the city. The place was exactly as described and shown in the pictures and so clean. We were impressed. Paul was very attentive too and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well and it was.I can’t speak highly of this place. We will definitely be back in the beautiful Glenelg and would want to stay back at Paul’s house. So happy it was available when we wanted to go. We had an amazing stay. The townhouse was fantastic and the outdoor area was also a wonderful private space for relaxing with our children. So close to all that Glenelg offers. Great location - too much too do in a few days.Lots of restaurants - many other different dining options. Paul was so helpful! Made a last minute stop in Adelaide and needed a place to stay for the night with a trailer. Paul made it happen with a few hours notice. The apartment was beautiful! Cosy beds and beautiful linen. Apartment is so close to the town in Glenelg which is one of our favourite spots with lots to do and some fabulous restaurants. Thanks again so much Paul! The apartment was perfect. Very clean, had everything we needed, modern furnishings and comfortable bedding. Reverse cycle in king room and ceiling fan in the queen. We did happen to have some very hot days and the room with the ceiling fan was quite warm but still able to sleep comfortably with the fan on. We met Paul when he was visiting another apartment outside and he was very friendly and welcoming. The location of this place is fantastic! We literally walked everywhere, even with 2 young children. We stayed over the long weekend just gone at Paul's place. The proximity and ease to simply walk to Jetty Road and everything else that Glenelg has to offer was incredible for our young family. We walked everywhere you would need to go. The place was clean and tidy and comfortable as described. Paul was very helpful throughout the entire process. You can tell a quality accommodation by little details like the soaps, cutlery, cookware and appliances available which Paul has done a great job on. This is a great spot if you're planning to visit the city, beach and vineyards around Adelaide with a tram into the city too. Lots of bars and restaurants on your door step and just 1-2 mins from the beach. Perfect place for an extended stay as we felt right at home. The esplanade was just a block away which made for easy morning and evening walks with the family. Restaurants, coffee shops, and groceries were all in walking distance - the Superette right across the road is super convenient for a quick morning coffee and it’s delicious. As for the place itself, it is very lovely. Everything seems brand new and so clean. Bed was very comfortable along with the couches (might look into getting similar ones).
