Paul & Melisa’s are lovely Hosts and their place is a great location to base in Glenelg. They have created a very helpful Guest e-Guide which covers everything you need to know about the place. Located only a short walk to Jetty Road, there is off street parking for smaller/non-4WD vehicles. We enjoyed the well presented Townhouse and appreciated the comfortable beds! Comfortable, quiet, lovely location, just one block away from Jetty Road. Very close to the beach, public transport, shops and restaurants. Two spacious bedrooms with the third, very cozy. My friends and I had a really wonderful time and this property was perfect. It fit all of our needs, was spacious, and was exactly like the photos. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and provided us with clear check-in instructions and household rules. Honestly felt very homey and comfortable. Honestly Paul and Mel were amazing. Very good communicators, made sure we felt at home and checked in regularly. The house is exactly how it is listed and very clean and comfortable. The bed's were great and plenty of towels and general amenities. I would personally like to thank you both for all your help and making life easy for us during a hectic few days. We loved our stay here! Super convenient as it’s walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach - which was handy not having to get in the car with two young kids!! The 3rd bedroom is quite small however it fit our poratcot perfectly and wasn’t an issue for us at all. You can hear planes/outside traffic however that wasn’t an issue either. Perfect family haven for a beachside stay! One parent and three adult children all comfortably fit, including in the smallest room. The townhouse has been very well renovated and is practically on the shoreline. Great coffee literally across the road and restaurants/cafes a block away. The house was super close to Jetty Road and the beach. A lot closer than we thought! Owners were very responsive, easy to get in touch with and eager to help out.The house had everything we needed for a family with 3 kids, and we knew what we were getting as it looked exactly like the photos. This is a perfect apartment for couple or family with two older kids. Perfectly located close to Jetty Road property was as described and actually even better. Great location, short 2mins walk to local restaurants, Glenelg beach and jetty. Quick drive to CBD and airport, can’t go wrong with the location. Paul was very helpful and proactive with the check in and check out process, the place had all the amenities we needed for our family of 4. Very clean with modern appliances. Paul's house is really lovely, very clean and newly renovated. It is more beautiful in person than the photos. Only one minute walk to all the restaurants and shops. 5 min walk to the beach and Jetty road. Everything is perfect in this house. Nothing to complain. Paul and Melisa are great hosts. Great communication and quick response to all the queries. Best bed, smart TV in the lounge and bedroom, Nespresso coffee, linen sheets, what else not there. Close to Glenelg beach, restaurants and takeaway. A little bit of traffic at times but otherwise very quiet. We had a couple of enquires of which we received a quick response each time from Paul. A beautifully renovated townhouse! The kitchen was fantastic and Melisa was incredibly generous in the extras provided!! It felt like a home.The only downfall was the absence of a dryer. Due to the dampness of the environment our daughter’s swimming towels did not dry between sessions. We would not be able to stay again for a swim meet without a dryer. The highlight of our stay at Melisas place was being so close to the main St of glenelg, as well as the beach! The unit was well presented and fitted out. yes the third bedroom is tiny but my 13 year old fitted just fine! Being so close to everything only meant a bit of road and plane noise from the main bedroom but it wasn't enough to bother us. such a great place, would stay again for sure! The location of the house was perfect and convenient for our needs, with shops, eateries, and the beach within walking distance.
