The location was perfect close to everything yet nice and quiet for relaxing. Our host was warm, responsive, and made the whole experience so easy. Fantastic location for a family holiday. So close to the beach and only a 10-15 minute walk to the heart of Glenelg. Good coffee and eateries near by and a supermarket only about a 7 minute walk. Loved the cleanliness of the house and the outdoor area with BBQ. Air conditioning was fantastic and the kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals and feel you are right at home. The layout of the bedrooms was spot on for our family and the linen was top quality. Absolutely fantastic location!! Short walk to Glenelg to all the shops, restaurants, the beachhouse, kids playgrounds, fantastic views of the ocean. You can also walk to Brighton, 30min walk and back. Broadway walk tho is just so surreal.The beach was literally down the road from the house. The house was perfect, spacious bedrooms, clean, peaceful quiet area, all the amenities you need, laundry fully stocked, the kitchen was fully equipped even had plates and cups for kids. For those that bodybuild like I do and need to meal prep , the kitchen was perfect. My kids loved the house , and absolutely loved the bunk beds. There was spare blankets, towels, pillows if you needed it. Guest Netfix and wifi. Downstairs bathroom was perfect for when we went to the beach, no need to walk through the house. Super easy to communicate and gave all the info before the stay so wasn't stressful.The place is definitely great value for money for a short 15 min walk to the main hub and even less for other cafes. Very happy with our stay here. We had just come from an Airbnb in Victor that was twice the price and missing a lot of amenities that this place provided. No details here were missed. The place was very clean when we arrived with the added details of bows in the tea towels and toilet paper which made us smile. We felt right at home. Check in was flexible and easy. Location was perfect, close to everything we needed but private and quiet enough and felt very safe. Perfect for our family with a toddler and a baby. The only thing which isn’t really a necessity for others, but with young kids we would like if the rooms were a little darker. They were extremely light. Some block out curtains would help with this. Our host Melisa was extremely helpful when some very valuable jewellery of mine was left behind and made sure to have them safely returned which meant a lot. Overall an easy 5 star rating from us! We really enjoyed our stay in Paul's house in Glenelg. It's a beautiful house in a gorgeous location and we felt right at home from the start. It was a little bit confusing finding the house at first as it can be accessed from 2 different streets. We got the hang of it by day 2 and it worked out very handy this way in the end. The beach is at the top of the road from the front of the house and there's a lovely little restaurant there on the right for great coffee. The nearest supermarket (Foodland) is just a 6 minute walk. There's gorgeous shops and restaurants in Glenelg and some great restaurants down along the Harbour. All are 15-20 minutes walk away alongside the beach. There's also a Coles and Woolworths here. The tram stops at Glenelg Jetty and takes about half an hour to get to Adelaide city centre. As for the house itself, the kitchen is well stocked and there's plenty of shampoos, conditioners and body wash for guests. The beds are really comfortable with pristine linen.

This place was perfect, clean and tidy and felt like home away from home. Loved that the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo and conditioners along with body wash. Really did make a difference after a 8hr road trip.Loved that the house is flooded with a lot of natural light helps to relax and enjoy the weather. Location is perfect with a 3min walk to the beach definitely a hit with the family.Has both private parking and street parking and is close walking distance to shops and restaurants no need to drive.Best thing I really liked was the quick response to any questions I had and the open lines of communication from Melisa and Paul. Checked in to see if we were settling in and found things ok. From beginning to end they were helpful and very accommodating this makes planning a holiday very easy.I’ll be planning another trip to Adelaide and will definitely see if this place is available again. Melisa is a super friendly host and always available. The house is big and offers plenty of room for 2 people. It looks like on the pictures. The beach is beautiful and the neighborhood is super quite. The place is a bit far away from the city center (20-30min by car). Excellent rental for our 3 nights in Adelaide. There was a small hiccup after arrival, but this was rectified smoothly and extremely efficiently by the host. The apartment was spotlessly clean, modern, and the beds extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and all equipment, new and very clean.The location of the property was perfect. We enjoyed our stay the apartment was clean and had everything we needed including a great shower. Location was great close to everything. We also came across Market 33 on one of our morning walks. Our family had a great stay at Melisa’s house. We used it as a base to come and go whilst being in Adelaide for a sporting competition just up the road in Glenelg. It was in a great location and we just drove up to Jetty Road to eat out most nights. The Mediterranean Cafe on Broadway (just around the corner) is also a must. Food was delicious. During our stay the electric gates got a little stuck (remote battery) but Melisa and her on the ground team, Paul, we’re super responsive and got sorted ASAP. Would recommend.

We had a fantastic family holiday stying at Melissa’s townhouse. It was perfectly clean, clutter free, very comfortable beds, plenty of towels. We greatly enjoyed our stay at Melisa and Paul's lovely townhouse. It is in an ideal location only a few minutes walk from the beach and a short drive to a variety of shops, takeaway, and restaurants. It is also only a short drive to and from the Adelaide airport. Check-in was very easy with clear instructions provided. The surrounding streets are quiet and we felt that we were in a safe environment at all times. The property itself was accurately described and met our needs perfectly. Everything looks modern, clean and inviting such that you feel right at home straight away. The kitchen is well equipped for those that want to cater for themselves. Melisa and Paul were keen to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one. We had one minor issue while we were there and they couldn't have been more helpful and did everything they could to communicate with us to get it sorted. A superb stay. Comfortable, clean and well located. Elegantly set up with enough space for each one in the our family to relax after a full day’s activity. Details like firm beds, fluffy pillows, clean linen & rainshowers meant we were fully rejuvenated and ready for the next day. Melisa was an exceptional host. Very responsive.Checkin was a breeze - private off street garage parking with electric gate. Nice undercover patio and spotless bbq with all tools provided. Cleverly remodelled kitchen with loads of storage and an awesome 900mm gas stove. Plenty of utensils and crockery/cookware, however there were minimal pantry items - only salt, pepper, tea, coffee & sugar - no oil or spices/condiments etc.Comfy couch, ambient lighting In lounge & upstairs bedrooms. Comfy beds and quality linen. Couldn’t fault this home. Very peaceful and quiet and super close to the beach. Would definitely recommend - awesome accommodation for our family of 4. Townhouse was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great with the esplanade/beach at the end of the road and just a short stroll to Jetty Rd restaurants, cafes, supermarket and shopping. We had a great stay at Melisa’s townhouse whilst in Adelaide. House was very clean and well equipped. Great location to stroll to Broadway Kiosk for your morning coffee and/or breakfast. Bus stops were only a short walk away too. There was secure parking supplied but we couldn’t fit our bigger car in the gates and/or garage. It was fine and convenient parking on the street anyway. Well fitted and furnished townhouse in a quiet yet convenient location. It's quality high-end yet also comfortable. We appreciated the smart TV, the hot water rainhead shower and the soft bedlinen and towels: they cover the basics and more.
